What is the minimum amount of contacts for each marketing campaign?

The minimum will be dependent on whether you are targeting new businesses or established businesses in your area. If you are looking at marketing your services to established businesses we would not normally work with less than 150 contacts.

How often would we have to run a campaign?

This is entirely down to yourself and which service you are requiring. For new client acquisition we would discuss your marketing plan and what you are looking to achieve i.e. how many clients over what time scale, and we would put a proposal to you of what we would need to try to achieve that target.


We are completely flexible on the frequency aspect with all our services and will work closely with you to achieve your objectives.

How long do we have to sign up for?

After the initial 3 month trial one months notice is required.

What percentage of calls convert to a positive lead?

Unless we have historical data for the particular service that you provide, we can not advise you on this. However, all new clients are offered a 3 month trial to test the service and your geographical area. This will provide sufficient evidence of how well the service will perform in future campaigns.

Evidence from our specialist area of accountancy marketing, consistently demonstrates that marketing to new businesses produces a higher conversion rate than that of established businesses. Additionally geographical areas are not the same with some areas producing very different results to others.

What percentage of leads sign up as clients?

As a business we do not measure this, as signing a contact up is down to the sales skills of the client. However, we have feedback to suggest that in our specialist area of accountancy 75-80% of our appointments do sign up.

Do you guarantee results?

We would love to be able to guarantee agreed targets for all our areas. However, experience shows that not all areas respond in the same way, secondly we are reliant on the contact having an identifiable need. We can no more guarantee that than you can, that is why we charge on results. Clearly if the results really do not follow through we will discuss this and a way forward will be agreed.

Will you be marketing my competitors in my target area?

We work with strict postcode areas. Under no circumstances will MBS promote your competitors with the same services / products to the same target market in the same postcode area at the same time.

What are your charges?

For our basic appointment setting service our charges are based on a set up fee to cover the cost of product training. We then charge a small amount per contact (to cover administration, telephone calls and data where applicable) with an additional charge per appointment. These amounts will vary depending on the service being promoted, the frequency and the number of mailings for each campaign.

All other services will be charged according to your personal requirements.

Will you be looking for a percentage of our sign up fees?

Absolutely not! The sales process is for you to manage, I am confident that you will only be sent top quality leads. What happens after that is entirely down to your own selling skills and experience.
